Happy 2009 all! Having been back in California for the past 3 years now, Im only JUST now able to check Buzznet on a daily basis again. Boy, have I missed it! Looking back at all the photos I have here, its really making me miss NC and the 'ol homestead and the comaraderie our mutual love for photography inspired. In any case, I hope to keep everyone abreast of happenings in California from here on out and I look forward to checking in with all of you soon. Cheers to you my Buzznet peers! ~ Thetis.
Hooters ~ June 2008
Nice! I randomly open Picassa and scroll the mouse and whatever picture it landed on amidst my California pics as of late, I was going to post and this was it, LOL!
Anyway, I'd never been to Hooters and my, what a strange world that is. Though, I must admit that Raesue (on the far left) gave this Hooters girl QUITE the run for her money where Hula-Hooping was concerned so, that made it all worthwhile! (Damn those Hooters girls and their talents! I am jealous, as I have neither the particular asset NOR the Hula-Hooping skill for that postion)
In this photo. former co-workers from Wachovia ~ Raesue, Seth, (Janie, the Hooters rep), Chike and myself. (After work one day in Fisherman's Wharf, SF. Fun stuff!)
